Trainings
Two courses, one trainer
Saturday 26 · One day · Core skills
TCP/IP Deep Dive with Wireshark
Chris Greer
$1,500 per seat · one day Early bird CGREER $100 off
A core skills foundation in packet capture and protocol analysis. Where to capture in a switched network, capture filters against display filters, the core protocols, the TCP handshake and iRTT, receive and congestion windows, an introduction to TLS decryption, and the stream and I/O graphs that make a performance problem visible to people who don't read packets.
Sunday 27 · One day · Forensics
Threat Hunting with Wireshark
Chris Greer
$1,500 per seat · one day Early bird CGREER $100 off
Wireshark for cybersecurity forensics. Where IDS and IPS coverage ends, how to think like the attacker, capturing for the hunt, scan and botnet traffic, mapping what you find to MITRE ATT&CK, spotting web enumeration, Tshark for automation, and working alongside Snort and Suricata.
Both courses are standalone and can be booked separately. Taken together they run in order: Saturday builds the packet fluency Sunday's hunt leans on. Attendees bring a laptop with Wireshark installed for the lab exercises. Sessions are not recorded, and course materials go only to people who attend in person.
